Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF RETURN 1.1. In accordance with European Union legislation, customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, without providing a justification, except for personalized or made-to-order products. 1.2. To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact Sanper Studio within the stipulated period and provide proof of purchase.

2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 2.1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. 2.2. Sanper Studio reserves the right to refuse the return of products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer. 2.3. Personalized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE 3.1. To initiate a return or exchange process, the customer must submit a request to talktome@sanperstudio.com, providing the order number and reason for the return. 3.2. Once the return is approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to ship the product back. 3.3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect orders. 3.4. Sanper Studio is not responsible for lost products during the return process.

4. REFUNDS 4.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected. 4.2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. 4.3. If the return does not meet the established requirements, the customer will be notified and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. EXCHANGES 5.1. If the customer wishes to exchange a product, they must follow the return procedure and place a new order. 5.2. Sanper Studio will only perform direct exchanges in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 6.1. If a product presents a defect, the customer must contact Sanper Studio within a reasonable timeframe after receipt, providing images and a description of the issue. 6.2. Sanper Studio will evaluate the case and offer the option of repair, replacement, or refund.
